Concrete doesn't have to be grey. It can be mixed to virtually any colour.
Concrete can be cast to just about any shape imaginable.
Concrete can be produced with any finish... from soft matt to mirror polished.
Concrete can be made with textures, patterns and artwork. These can be moulded-in or applied to cured concrete using etching or sandblasting.
Concrete castings can be either an individual one off or, if required, multiple castings can be made from a single mould.
Concrete is typically thought of as a heavy material. This is true and for some applications this is an advantage. But concrete need not be heavy. We also manufacture Glass reinforced castings which are lightweight. making them suitable for cladding systems or for structures which can be sited where engineering problems would otherwise exclude the use of concrete.
Concrete is strong, durable and waterproof so it is an excellent choice for interior or exterior projects. Concrete is solid and self coloured so it won't chip off like plaster.
Glass reinforced concrete can be made as thin as 8mm. This means that huge reductions in material can be gained. For example as a cladding material GRC is significantly less energy intensive than aluminium or HPL.
Concrete has it in barrow loads.
There are almost no limits to the possible applications for concrete so at Gray Concrete we don't have standard products or processes. Instead we work with clients, designers and architects to create unique combinations of colour, shape, texture and composition.
